Your Big Day has arrived.  After months of preparation and decision making all your efforts will come together in one fabulous day.  You want your wedding to be perfect - and so do we. 

In 2009, over 216,000 people will get married - over 90% of them will have a wedding reception with a mobile disco, DJ or live band.

FoxRox Discos will guide you through the process of organising a successful disco - it's not complicated, but there are some fundamental questions which need to be answered:

• Do you want background music to be played during your wedding breakfast?
• What time do you want your disco to start and finish?
• Is early set up required?
• Do you want a period of quieter music during the disco whilst people eat?
• What music would you like your first dance to?
• What are your musical preferences?
• Are there any 'must have' songs you'd like playing?
• Are there any songs that you don't want to be played?
• Will you be requiring LED Uplighters?

Most of the questions can be answered via email or simply by having a chat over the phone - this also gives you an opportunity to ask any burning questions that you might have.  However, there might be occasions when it is necessary to meet up, maybe to view the venue or discuss lighting or other technical issues.  Once a booking has been confirmed we will be happy to do this at a time convenient to you.

We have learnt over time that it is important for our customers to feel that they are able to have an active input into the music we play throughout the night - after all, this is your night.  Our DJs will not just play their favourite songs.  We will ask you to provide us with a list of songs that mean something to you, songs which you want to hear.  We will compile a playlist covering the duration of your disco, which will include your chosen songs.  Our DJs are experienced in being able to 'read the crowd', knowing when to play which genres of music and announcing any important songs that you may have requested.  Alternatively, you can leave the music selection up to us - and we will keep your guests dancing to the wee small hours!!  Have a look at just some of the FoxRox suggestions by clicking on the wedding playlist on the left hand side of the screen to help get you started.  We are happy to take requests on the night and as all of our music is on CD but cataloged electronically on a laptop, we can find an individual track from a database of thousands in just seconds.  If we have the request and it is suitable, then we'll play it.    

If you are using specialist wedding planners or have a live band booked, we will be happy to work with them to ensure your special day passes without a glitch. 

If your reception is going to be in the same room as your evening party you may want us to set up our equipment early and then come back a little later.  This is quite normal and poses no problem.  Alternatively, you might want some background music playing while you and your guests enjoy the wedding breakfast - no problem at all.  And by prior arrangement you can even use our PA system and microphones for the speeches!!
